Kevin and Peter Signed Collectibles

How much are their signatures worth? Any ideas?!

I would to have some items signed by them and yet I see signed comic books and other things going on Ebay from $30 to $200..

I don't think there really is a set amount. And honestly, I don't think it adds too much in value wise . The only time I ever see a real significant upwards movement in price when there is a signature is on Signature Series CGC comic books.

There really is no way to confirm (and unfortunately their sigs have been forged on a number of items). Other than plain experience in owning items you know for a fact are true sigs and just comparing them, its pretty difficult. That said, their sigs aren't THAT in demand so chances are, if something is signed I'd say 9 times out of 10 it's the real deal (the only time I might be particularly wary are on real old comics).

On another note, if you want to know for CERTAIN that you have a signed comic, seek out a Signature Series book. These books have authorized witnesses that are there when the book is signed in person. It is then encapsulated so it can no longer be tampered with. Here's an example on my Raphael book:

It's not super rare to find stuff they have signed. Generally, you can find signatures on the early comic books. If you look on ebay, its probably not too hard to find some.

Signature Series books like the Raphael I showed are a bit harder to come by as there have just been fewer books that have used the process to verify signatures.

I'd say they are pretty even, but I would say that Peter's is a bit harder to find simply because in recent years Pete has done a lot fewer conventions/shows than Kevin has and also many would consider Kevin the more approachable of the two.
