I remember one of the turtles change to an alter ego when he got shocked or something in the first toon. He nearly killed shredder. But i couldn't remember which turtle it was and which episode it was. It was one cool episode. Does anybody know?

The turtle was Don and the episode was Night of the Dark Turtle.

Here a screencap of Don as The Dark Turtle:

Turtle Titan. But I would like to se more here, like the "Green Defender" (Raphael) and Dark Turtle (Donatello, if you can call him a superhero).

So is Leo the only turtle that doesn't have a super hero alter ego. Which episode was green defender?

The episode was "Raphael VS the Volcano". But Leonardo had a hero theme in "Four Musketurtles".
