After some positive feedback from my FIRST release, it's time for another game!

Since the Turtles have been such a big part of my life, I had wanted to do something for their 25th Anniversary back in 2009. What that turned out to be is the remaster of their classic game soundtracks, but in a way you've never heard them before.

This time it's TMNT 2: Turtles In Time, the Arcade version. As opposed to the NES channels, the arcade board for sound was setup for 2 channels; Main 1, left and right, and Main 2, left and right. So essentially you're getting 2 true stereo channels, which is a GOOD thing!

The tracklist is as follows:

Hmmm, this is nice. Just having the complete soundtrack from the arcade version of Turtles in Time is quite enough already, but to have it in THIS quality is just... wow. Thank you, GodzFire! This is awesome! Any plans on doing the first arcade game?

Sorry, but the old TMNT1 NES game brings back bad memories for me (thanks to the 'impossible' sewer jump level section), and I will not be doing the first game.

However, still to come are TMNT 1 The Arcade Game, TMNT 2 NES, and TMNT 4 SNES.

Wow, I do have to say that with 107 people having viewed this, less than 4 of actually made a response, is kind of disappointing to me.

Even if only 1/10th of those people downloaded what I made, that would still be 10 replies. One of the rewards to doing these for me is the feedback I get after it's all done, and seeing everyone's reaction.

I think it's really cool what you're doing. I really enjoyed the Manhattan project soundtrack and I know I'll enjoy this next one as well( haven't hears it yet cuz it's still downloading).

Actually, it's not as bad as you think, since the view count on the thread is not at all accurate. If MediaFire has a download counter, that would be a far better way to tell how many people listened but didn't comment.

I'd be glad to help out there, but like you said, our host might not like that. Most web hosts freak out when they see anything with a .mp3 file extension unless you have proof that you have the rights to use it, so it would be risky. I don't mind the links to them being posted on the forums, though.

Hmmm, that's quite a shame. That game has some of the best music that TMNT games have to offer.

I'll see if I can find a host like 4Shared, SendSpace, MediaFire, or another which keeps files up long term.

Another solution would be to just keep the music in the zip like I have.

Hey Krang, I don't know if this is possible either but I thought I'd put it out there as a suggestion. Maybe you could have each song up in an RAR file with out upsetting anyone?

Good ideas, but seeing them referred to as a soundtrack would most likely still be enough to tip them off that there are MP3s inside, so it probably wouldn't be a good idea to have them linked to from the site itself. I could mirror them on MegaUpload if it would help, since they don't seem to delete anything. Making them downloadable by forum members only would be another possibility, or an unusual idea would be to put them in a split RAR with half on the main server and half on the forum server.

Not a shabby job at all. Came out nice and clean. To bad this is the arcade version of this game I actually like the SNES versions of the songs better.
