Yeah, I know tons of people are gonna hate me for this, but as great as the TMNT arcade games were (and all of the beat-em-ups, for that matter), there wasn't much to them.

You only need to abuse jump-kick in the impossibly hard Turtles II (NES) and III. If you can't get through Turtles in Time with your feet firmly on the ground, you are a pussy.

Jump kicking gets repetitive anyway.

So that's why I actually find the games challenging. I don't do a whole lot of that.

That actually helps my argument. Turtle in Time is too easy.

The problem isn't that you have to abuse the move; it's that you can.

Well if you read my first post on the matter, i said that it has "yet to convince me that it's worth 50 dollars". Is it ok for me to know that?

New skin confirmed?

Cyber Shredder skin confirmed:

I doubt Cyber Shredder will be a new character. It would be wierd to announce a new character with just a screenshot.
I am really hoping for an Image Shredder skin now.

For an alt. costume it's pretty nice, for a full character it would be space wasted over more interesting characters.

Whoa, that's awesome! I'm pretty sure it's just a skin too, and not a new character. Nightwatcher was a special case because he has a pretty unique weapon, and we've already seen an alt skin for Casey. Is this actually a new design for Cyber Shredder? It looks a little different to me, but that could just be because it's the first time I've seen him in a game like this.

He went on a diet after the 'toon. That's why he's all stick-figurey now.

Wow, if the skins can be that varied from the characters' basic outfit, I must say that I'm impressed and can't wait to see what kind of skins the other characters have.

Now that's what I'm f*ckin' talking about. I don't care if this isn't the greatest fighting game ever. I only expected it to be middlingly fun and have lots of fan service.

If they have more alternate costumes in the works, and they're all as good as this, hello fan service. I'll bet anything we at least get some red bandanas for the Turtles.

But would that be an alternate skin for Shredder or Raph?

For Raph, of course. He's the only Image Shredder there was.

That's not a skin, that's a complete remodel. You can't just paste different textures on it and expect it to look the same. The Cyber Shredder model is very different from the regular one. We should be thankful that they didn't just reskin him and actually made the model.
