Well, I'm glad the Cyber Shredder tip worked on the PS2 version. I woulda been pissed if they didn't at least keep that. I mean, that's a sweet design. No sign of the other characters yet. I did finish the Missions and no Fugitoid. I also find it convenient how Fugitiod isn't on the cover.

BTW how many fighters does one have to fight in the Survival mode? I make it to almost 80 and it seems like they keep on coming.

Finally found out why several forums have been censoring the words Nightwatcher. NighTWATcher.

I LOL'd hard here. From what I have heard it's not a bad agame just dissapointing. Which unfortunately the direction the TMNT has been going for a while.

Oh my god, how did you beat the one where you have to knock 5 ninja off of the castle? I think it was 43 or 45.

And the best I've done in survival mode is 97, which shows that Leo does have an alternate costume. I couldn't see since they ate my ass up in 6 seconds, but I think it's just ninja garb.

I mostly want to see 2k7 april with her 2k3 outfit. Too bad thats the only "retro" outfit in the game.. And is red shirt Casey maskless or with a mask?

Yeah, the castle one wasn't easy... The hardest ones for me were trying to break the log before anyone else did or trying to finish Karai off with the stampede.

I reached up to 95 in Survival until they whooped my ass. Seems all 4 TMNT do have alternates, it was too quick to make out but Don was wearing the Extreme Sports gear.

Well for one thing, it's actually decent. If anybody expected it to be the next Brawl, they were kidding themselves. It's fun while it lasts, though, and the only real disappointing thing about it is how misused the license is.

Secondly, I don't see how you antagonizing a group of otherwise content individuals is any of your concern. Keep your eyes on your own test, boyo.

It says so. When you put the cursor on the character it tells you which button you need to hold while you select them.

The only reason you're all quick to defend it even the slightest bit is because it's a game with a ninja turtle gimmick to it.

It IS mediocre. Completely forgettable trash that has one appealing thing to it and that one thing gets tiring after about an hour (Luckily the game doesn't last too long after that).

I usually go into games for something enjoyable. I couldn't give a f*ck about fan service. I played it, Hated it. End of story.

I read about the game after it came out. Apparently it's like Brawl, but only with Turtles and not quite as good as Brawl... and I don't really play games like Brawl that often. The only one I ever really got into was Jump Superstars for the DS and I think that had more to do with the crazy custom tag teams and tag team combos that I could make out of pretty much every really popular thing to ever come out of Shonen Jump in Japan.

So, I'll probably eventually pick this up, but it's not worth the new game price to me. I'll keep myself in check with the occasional Turtles in Time Re-Shelled play-through and hope that Arcade Attack is everything I'm hoping it'll be.

Those took me a few tries as well. But which character did you use for the castle? I just wanna feel like I actually have a chance

I play with a Gamecube controller and I just hold down Z while selecting my character.

So, before I tried the game, I hated it for failing in fan service, and since I played it, I like it because of the gameplay. From your point view that means I only started to like it now, because of the turtle gimmick, right?

Not really. I found myself pretty addicted to it regardless. I'd say the game would've probably been more well received if the development team had a bigger budget, more time, and Mirage not letting Peter Laird prohibit them from using characters all across the Turtles mythos instead of just the last 6 or 7 years.

I guess Ubisoft can get away with this by saying they DID include every aspect of the TMNT mythos, not so much in terms of rostor, but in the extra art galleries and such. After all, they did have pics of the 80's characters there as well as Back to the Sewers, and 'what-would-have-been' pics of the 4th movie that was never made.

Just to nit-pick, but every character in the game has been a part of the mythos for at least fifteen years. Maybe not with those designs, but still.

Still don't have the game. I'll probably pick it up sometime, but I'm not in much of a hurry.
