No but thats a great idea for a custom 'Nobody'.

Judge mine knowing that I suck at customs & technically these are the first I've ever made... I tried making one once and just didn't get anywhere with it.

These two are both made from scratch, no bases or parts from other figures.

The first is... Clayman from the arcade version of turtles in time! This photo is him with toon mikey to show the scale. I would've made him bigger but I ran out of materials lol. The eyes are colored with sharpie. I'm almost positive his eyes are supposed to be yellow but I knew they wouldnt show up so good, red was the alternative. I used model magic, amarco clay, vinegar, toothpicks & a sharpie. I know he looks patchy/sloppy but I did that on purpose hoping it would give that 'sludge' appearance he has in the game.

My second is rather simple, its Spot from Usagi Yojimbo. The darkhorse figurine came with a spot 'accessory' but the playmates version did not, as he hadn't appeared in Usagi's episodes. Model magic, a hilighter, & a sharpie were the tools involved.

Like I said, I suck. These were purely for fun... I've always wanted to enter a custom contest (or rather do a custom at all) so I enjoyed the process.

I really like the Spot one! I used to use Model Magic like mad, did a lot of stuff with it (my Ch'rell was made of Model Magic). Great medium, not the sturdiest thing in the world but I used super-glue to reinforce pieces that were sculpted separately as parts of one figure. I wish I had pictures of the Squid-Billies I made, I'd definitely post those just for fun if I did...

Not familiar with the Clayman character, so i've nothing to compare it against, but that Spot fella is pretty awesome. I'da thunk it to be an accessory if I didn't know better...

Powder: You don't suck -- those are great! CEMENT MAN (

) is pretty awesome, though he does seem a touch on the small side... so maybe you can make him bigger if you get more clay to add to his bottom. OR you could put him with the Mini-Mutants or minifigures! Win!

And Spot looks really impressive -- the sculpting looks very smooth, and I'm very amazed that you got such a nice even yellow out of a highlighter.

Thanks man, I appreciate the kind words. (I knew the name was wrong! lmfao now I've got it.) He is in scale with the 2k3 ripped up turtles but they don't photograph so well lol. If in the future I get better at customizing (through practice) I would probably cut a figure in half and build it up from there to be in scale and have better details.

Spot, to my own surprise was very easy to make & quite a pleasant result. He looks great with the actual spot toy too so now my Usagi's can have a few Tokkage to mess with.

Too bad I haven't started my own entry yet, been gone from home for a week now. And it would be nice to know rules too, like deadline, how to submit pics(PM or i thread like Powder) etc...

Hope that when I go home tomorrow, my figures have arrived so I can start working on this one

I need to consolidate the rules into one post, but if you read the entire thread everything should be there.

Finally got the figs I've been waiting and started doing new one

It's a bit too big for Neca scale, but otherwise all good...

Oh, and I meant definite day on deadline, there's no such day in thread. I'm also interested about prizepolicy, not that I'd win anything, but are you going to pay for shipping too? And I'm guessing entries will be posted to thread altho it's not said anywhere...

I was going to do Renet, but I ruined the figure trying to strip the paint off of it using a technique that works on scale model parts.

It was a previous custom I did in the early 90's, I was trying to re-use.

So, it's back to the Casey, Rat KIng and a repaint of Heavy Metal Raph.

DC universe Classics or Marvel Legends are good choices.

I know I said this, but the deadline will be 11:59 on May 8th. That still leaves PLENTY of time, more than I ever would have liked to have given for three entries. As I've said, I crank them out pretty quickly myself if I'm going to do them at all.

Yep, I'll probably get my custom to a point that I can enter it to this. Just finishing it, altho I don't have time to do all accessories I plan to do, but that's longer project now that I start working alongside studying...

No, it isn't...I've extended the deadline to Saturday, May 15th.

Here's my first one...the Secret of the Ooze Shredder is the actual entry, I simply couldn't resist the temptation to include Mirage/1990 Movie Shredder in the picture.

Made from ML She-Hulk and DCUC Manbat (below knees), some parts fully sculpted, like tail and head, all painted. My favorite custom so far, planning to do accessories later....

Oh yeah, I didn't mention earlier who I was doing, but here she is: Ninjara.
