I wasn't aware TMNT ice cream ever went away. I was seeing it up to and following the Nick deal's announcement (although you are the first that I know of to have ever seen the Nick branding on it...)

Lol... this is far from the first item branded. Statues, comics, tshirts & keychains, everything released since the buyout has the companies name on it. For the record, they never stopped making the TMNT ice cream either.

Actually Powder, I think this is the first "Nickelodeon" branding since the other stuff all says "Viacom".

Nope. The Don statue has a very big Nickelodeon on the bottom of it.

Wait. We're talking the TMNT ice cream that looks like a Turtle head and has gumball eyes, right? I wonder if I can find that anywhere that's not an ice cream truck.

Nope, you can't. It's only available to the trucks.

Ah. Oh, well. Looks like if I run across any this summer I'll just have to buy a few and put a couple in the freezer.

Actually, I've seen them at a few ice cream parlors (including one located at a swimming lake). But I have no clue if there any ice cream parlors like those are in the general vincity of Goongasnootch's stomping grounds.

I know.

Could someone please scan the box that statue came in?

EDIT: Never mind, I saw it on a Youtube video.

from here.

I also found it in one of those movie theater vending machines, but I would imagine its essentially the same deal.

Speaking of collecting, I remember back when the TMNT ice cream first came out, back when the OT was popular, that the sticks had a Turtle's "signature" on it. We would buy the ice cream and trade duplicate sticks with our friends so we could try and get each Turtle's "autograph."

I have the Michaelangelo stick somewhere. It's the only autograph stick I ever got, since the ice cream truck service in this town is ****in' shoddy at best.

I might be just tempted to try and flag down the ice cream truck just to see if there is one and get it.
