How to draw TMNT?

I have no guides ... but if you're really serious about drawing, it wouldn't hurt to pick up an anatomy book. They're really useful when it comes to drawing muscles.
Best advice though: Practice, practice, practice. I mostly learned from drawing pics straight out of comics when I was younger. Eventually, I kinda memorized the shapes of the body and faces and such, up until the point where I could draw a person or Turtle without looking at anything.
