And yes you are correct it is my auction I advertised. It's not something that comes up too often on ebay so I thought it justified a mention here regardless of ownership. It's not like I post everything I ever list on ebay that's TMNT here. Happy Holidays pal. Although it is a TMNT forum it's be nice to talk of other things sometimes, but I have to go to different forums for that. I collect other stuff too, Just completed the US Sega Saturn collection. Quite a feat if you knew anything about it. 700 games into a complete US PS1 collection. (all legit no backups, all complete on both systems) Know anything about modding game systems? I do. Modded Xbox's with chips and LED's everywhere full of all games ever made. (up to 5th gen) one in every room of the house. Did you know a pre 2000 Dreamcast can play back ups with no mods. Did you know pre 9000 series PS1 can play back ups with a gameshark in I/O port? My kid loves Sega Pico, a game system that came out in 1994 and is pretty much the precursor to Nintendo DS. You know what, they still make games for it. You know something else it is the only Sega system in history to have an officially licensed Nintendo game released on it, a 2005 pokemon game. oh crap all of this info is completely out of place here on a turtle forum. Damn I didn't realise if I didn't have anything TMNT related to say I shouldn't say anything. Oh yeah I did realize that hence that lack of recent posts. Sorry if my mention of some figures that members of this forum are most likely going to find interesting was out of line. Dude i'm on eof the only guys willing to ship internationally, I think our non American forum members would appreciate knowledge of this item. You caught me at a bad moment bro and now you've felt the wrath. I got some catnip to get to with mikey so GFY. HA got 'em |

Not to mention, Board cop Jr, that you don't often post in threads that won't make you any money Mr. I bump my threads alot & make threats of putting items on ebay so that technodromers won't have the option of paying my rediculously unjust prices. Also, I may have to look into that Sega Pokemon game! |

this thread always gets good when I'm not looking.
And Powder, as justified as I'm sure you feel, you can't have your cake and eat it too. You can't just be the board cop when it suits you. Or...I guess you can...but it's still a dick move |

Okay, this is off-topic, but I can't let this slide. This technically is not true. Pico development ended in 2003, and the Pokémon game for that system, I believe, was the last title released. The Beena, Pico's successor, however, DID have a Pokémon game in 2005, as well as 2007, 2009, and 2010. Here's a link to the new game based on Pokémon Black & White that was released: http://www.beena.jp/sd/soft/pokemon_bw.html

This is kind of just some Random ebay information, but as we almost all are sellers here as well as buyers I wanted to through out some information I recently became aware of. When listing items as fixed price auctions the decision of what category to sell an item under drastically changes the cost of the Final Value Fee.
If I were to sell a Wii system for $200.00 the FINAL VALUE FEE would be $11.50. If I were to sell a Wii GAME for $200.00 the FINAL VALUE FEE would be $15.00. If I were to sell a Wii SHIRT for $200.00 the FINAL VALUE FEE would be $19.50. So, the moral of the story is be aware. I assume the majority of people don't find ebay items through category. Anytime I list a video game I put it under SYSTEM so it counts in the "electronic" category. I have made an excel sheet that calculates final value costs and paypal fees so you can determine your final profit. What you will find is that Fixed Price is your best option at fairly high prices 60ish and above. Auction at the flat 9% across the board is good for low price listings. I am attaching the excel document if anyone cares to use it. Maybe everyone here already knew about the different breakdowns of percentages based on category, but if you were like me... it is news. |
