Sigh, I blew this one:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/180776357304...torefresh=true

Unfortunately, I was watching video when this ended, and by the time I checked, it was over for about 10 minutes. Very few turtles, too (with a glow-in-the-dark Raph an important exception)! I've pointed out earlier about close losses, but I also hate such "missed steals" for not paying enough attention. Anybody else have this situation, where you're watching an item, but unfortunately missed out on a possible good deal just because you were too lazy or wandering off?

Tough break, I am kind of a crazy when it comes to ebay, thanks to my smart phone I'm always in the hunt. When I'm watching something big I usually set an alarm for 7 minutes out from auction's end and then watch it tick down slow before getting my bid put in at the last minute.

Is there a way to be 100% sure that's a first print?

I've always wondered why a good con-man (oxymoron, right?) didn't try to fake a Gobbledygook ad in the back.

That price is flipping ridiculous. The color version is barely selling over cost and the more limited B&W variant is selling for $75-100. I'm on a screen print forum that has several sellers of both versions with way more realistic prices. PM me if your interested you want pointed in the right direction.

Hey, King. I wanted to send you a PM for the info about the posters but it's not allowing me to message you. Let me know! Thanks.

PM sent and I think I fixed that.

Note to self do not fool around with forum settings after coming home from a work party with an open bar.

$200 for a used serving tray? And ANTIQUE? Don't say that A-word until 2040, please!
http://www.ebay.com/itm/130618374352...84.m1423.l2649

Okay, the item ends with no bids. So, you figure if the seller relists the item, it would either be the same price or a little lower. Instead:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=130621283744

$300 for just a little tray? I'd only get that tray if it was solid silver!
