Harrison Ford is really the only Star Wars alumni who had a real acting career because he made sure his agent got him roles outside sci-fi films.

I disagree with your Star Wars example. MArk Hamill reinvented himself as a prominent voice actor. He of course as a VA is only known for that by so many of us but like Harrison had a great career beyond Star Wars his just wasn't as visible.

When I say acting I mean acting is films. Big productions not obscure indie films or direct to DVD/sci-fi channels movies. Hamil went from being one of the most recognized heroes of his time to a B-lister almost instantly after Star Wars. Yes he has a good VA career but he's had no success in film outside Star Wars.

I've always liked Jason Biggs. He's as likable a performer as Adam Sandler. Never cared for American Pie tho.

So what? Why the shell does what the Internet fandom does have any bearing on the show's quality itself? As I said before, you already shouldn't be searching for TMNT fanart if you don't want to find a fair amount of gross pics. If the Nick guys thought there would be a problem hiring Biggs because of what he was known for, they wouldn't have done it.

That being said, I can't say I can extrapolate anything from his known performances to indicate he'd be a good Leonardo. He was a teen in them, but definitely not a complicated, heroic teen. Whereas in light of Greg Cipes' Beast Boy role, it's very obvious why he'd work as Michelangelo.

A lot more kids see rated R movies then you may think. I was actively watching them at age 10 and most of the kids at my school were too. While I'd like to assume things have changed they haven't and people I've talked to who work in child care or schools tell me they deal with it all the time. Like kids talking about them in class.

Also none of what I said was about the quality of the series it was about the general public's association.

He is the one that did John Stewart correct? I know I have heard his name before. Interesting choice and a good one.

Have we heard anything more on allies and enemies aside from Casey appearing in season 2 and Leatherhead showing up but his alliance is not revealed? there was a mention of Metalhead. Shredder and Baxter already confirmed along with an altered Krang(Kraang). Am I missing anything? I hope we get to see Rat King.

Same here. I saw the picture this morning when I did my weekly news check for all things TMNT. The leg blades look bulky and the chest plate does not add anything.
The picture reminds me of Wacky Action Shredder action figure.
