Both TMNT cartoons so far were aimed at kids but there is enough there that adults enjoy them. I hope this is the same.

I can't wait until the big episode where they compete over being prom queen!!

I kind of hope they keep all high school stuff to a minimum in the cartoon. It won't really involve the Turtles so unless they have something funny (kind of like the channel 6 crew in the old show) I'm not really too interested in that aspect of April's personal life.

Look,we really don't know much about the series yet.Heck it isn't suppose to air until the fall.All this is hearsay.After the screen shots that were posted, I am accaully liking the look of the guys.April and Splinter,we have not seen yet in animated form.Back in the day a like the FW series but I never bought any of the figures and vehicles.This will be the same.

Oh,I see. I was aware that Splinter was given a daughter that was probably Karai but I had not heard The Shredder kidnapping her and raising heras his own or a name change for Karai.Thanks.

I meant it was implied.You know like how it was never said that Bishop's imperfect clone was The Rat King yet everyone knew it. Karai is Shredder's adopted daughter who it seems Nick is making Splinter/Yoshi's biological child. Just to change things around rename her Miwa instead.

Karai was only Shredder's daughter in the 4kids show.

Nope. In the Mirage comics, they're not related at all. Karai's a few years older than Saki and is the head of the Foot in Japan. She only puts his armor on once in order to trick the Elite.

In Mirage she leads a different branch of the foot, but in 2003 she is shredder's daughter and leads the Japan branch of the foot.
