It says nothing. Robbie did voice work on the 3 movies, which means he was probably in studio for a total of 6 days (not counting auditions). He never met the directors, and was never on set.

just a thought: why is it people didn't have such a problem when IDW dramatically changed the story of the Turtle's origin, but now that Michael Bay is involved, everyone is going insane?

Don't get me wrong, I don't like the idea of "alien turtles" either, but I think way to much crud is getting thrown at this issue way to quickly.

Because IDW is an ongoing comic book series. If it runs long enough, anyone who doesn't like the origin can just forget about it and read the new stories as they are. We get a new one each month.

Theatrical films take a long time to make, so we only get one every 3 years or so. Plus A LOT more people see those, so if it sucks... *flushed toilet*

its not professional, but im glad and impressed he said something. it's on TMZ of all things so you KNOW everyone's noticing it.

from a fan standpoint, we can't sit here and just expect for bay to do well on his own. I applaud Robbie for stepping up, im sure it's gotten Bay's attention now and I pray to every and all gods that they don't F**k the TURTLES up. seriously, i don't have the energy or the heart to abandon this franchise once it leaves Bay's slimey hands.

The Turtles were still normal pet shop Turtles before they got mutated, and the only difference is they have memories of Hamato Yoshi's sons.

The only bothersome thing about it is they haven't been training for 15 years.

What is with all the fuss about the Ninja Turtles being turned into aliens? Has Michael Bay specifically said so in a public statement? If he has I have completely missed it. Let the man do his job and evaluate it once more information comes out specifically a trailer and then its fair game to blast once one deems the film abysmal after seeing it but I am sure the turtles won't be TANT and be TMNT.Making Slash an alien might just work but I have doubts about the TMNT having that happen.

Yeah you missed out. I'd look on the first page of the thread to see the video clip.

I know getting upset and threatening a boycott is silly at this stage. But believe it or not, it got Bay's attention. Even had to make a statement about it. So regardless of what people say about everyone complaining, it might have a positive affect on the end result.

A couple things:
Im not going to reject the alien idea until we get some more info. -maybe he was somehow referring from utroms... no sense in crying over spilled milk before it hits the floor. But it will be hard for me to accept it if the turtles aren't actually "turtles". ( ya thats right, screw the Turtleoids

IF they are indeed aliens, i kinda hope they take full advantage of it and have tricerators, or maybe a star wars alien bar brawl like their Fugitoid crossover.

And i know everyone's like 99% positive that its Kevin involved, but i think it'd be hilarious if it was actually Peter

Peter's semi-retired and seems very VERY burnt out on the TMNT as a franchise. I doubt very much he's the co-creator who is Michael Bay's meat shield right now.
