According to IMDB, Jim Meskimen (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0002350/) is going to voice a news caster and Josh Towski (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm4655003/) has an uncredited role as a "Pedestrian".

Meskimen was on the Rob-cast and mentioned he was doing some voice work on TMNT, including a news caster.

I was the one who added the IMDB listing.
