Tokka & Donnie (playmates with pizzazz)

*Plasticplayhouse* · 04-26-2012, 10:30 AM

This was a nice little project for fun. I gave Tokka and Donnie a more moviesque makeover.

repainted both, gave donnie custom belts and bo. both will be for sale in the Buy/Sell/Trade section.

Both fantastic, but the paintwork on Tokka puts him over the edge. Is that a Slash body you used for him?

Tokka and Slash share the same body, only difference is the head and forearms

Don't mind at all. I use citadel paints. I also have some testors model master paints too.

Thanks everyone for taking the time to comment, I appreciate it

Do Rahzar...Do Rahzar!!!

Man, if only Tokka was bigger, he looks awesome with the new paint aps, but his scale is way off.

thanks. i dont have a rahzar figure to repaint

if someone wants to supply one and commission me to paint it for them, i would be happy to accept

i do have a super shredder on the way though. and that one will be more to scale. originally i was just going to repaint the playmates figure, but the more i thought about it, the more i saw potential in doing a full overhauled custom of it. dont know when it'll be done. gotta finish up my artist's rendition Leo first (25% complete so far).

This donnie? Or your other one?

I dig seeing these vintage figure repaints. Tokka looks very impressive when all the details are given the proper attention, same goes for Don.
