It took Casey three years to show up in the ot.

I'm not gonna notice.

I wouldn't hold my breath. We don't even know yet IF they're going to bring Casey into the show at any point!

I'm perfectly fine with this. Honestly I wouldn't miss him if they decided to not include him at all. He's never really interested me much character wise. It'll be nice to be able to get to know the other characters well before they introduce him.

I really hope they just use him as a recurring guest star like they did back in the original toon. The people at 4Kids had him showing up like every other episode of their series!

I hope not. I really didn't like how FW didn't make Casey appear in alot more episodes on the show.

While I love Casey in the comics and the movie, I was never a fan of him in the original toon. I can only assume that he will be a "teen version" much like the new April...and that does not appeal to me.

Yes, because CJ is the entire show right?

Casey got way too much focus in the 2003 show, and most of the episodes with his friends and family are amongst the worst that show produced. Take away his hockey mask and occasional kamikaze antics and he's a boring character

I'm just saying, I would have loved to have seen OT Casey be in more episodes on the show, he was a cool character. I never said he should appear in every single episode. I happen to like 4kids Casey, he had a couple of cool moments on the show, and he wasn't boring.

What the hell? They already confirmed Casey Jones will appear in Season 2.

And they flat out confirmed there will be references to Casey Jones in Season 1 even if we won't see him, like maybe his name graffiti'd on the wall. Stop spreading false information.

A "couple of cool moments" does not help your argument. He should have a lot of good moments. That didnt happen because he was BORING

To be fair, even the turtles themselves were boring at times. But yeah, I'm a big fan of Casey Jones in general, but not in the 2K3 show.

Casey Jones was toned down in the 4kids series for the same reason he was in the comics.

Although I agree, was Casey ever smart in the comics? He always came off as kinda...not smart. I think in Mirage maybe Casey had a more sentimental side that wasn't as played up in the 4Kids...I remember him kind of wearing his emotions on his sleeve.

Cause he was getting off his ass wasted in the comics.

Well I wouldn't call him smart, but he's definitely more along the lines of your average person in the comics.
