Couple of easy tweaks make Shredder SO much better. This is easily the best Shredder figure ever, as a result.

It's the hand blades that came with the 2007 TMNT movie Shredder figure

So after opening Raph yesterday, I opened the others tonight... and still like them but am not as impressed. Paint issues are abundant; there's blue paint down one side of Leo's face and the mask tails aren't inserted in all the way on Leo and Don (leaving a noticeable amount of unpainted brown plastic showing). Hopefully the paint on Leo's face will at least come off with rubbing alcohol. And if not, I guess I could always get another and use the paintball Leo fig for a proper Dark Horizons custom...

Still think they're rad figs overall, though.

Dude that stinks that you have those issues. Just sounds like you found a couple duds. Mine have awesome paint appas and everything is well put together. I think if you are going to do Dark Horizon customs that is the best bet.

Agreed. The only issues I have is a bit of glue on Mikey's head and under one arm that I haven't tried to clean off yet and the bandanas paint cracking where the "tail" connects to the head. Other than that, I'm very impressed with how the figures turned out. Sure, it would have been nice to have gotten the washed figures they first showed, but I can live with these.

Still nobody has provided weizie with a UPC.

People, it is quite simple. Look at the UPC code on your Classics box, if you have one. Tell weizie the UPC code please!

I think I've flipped. At first I wasn't interested in the CGI toys but I couldn't wait for the classics. The more I see he classics the less I'm into them, and now I wouldn't mind getting a set of the CGI turtles.

yeah, my current thoughts & opinions are that I'm totally out of interest for the Classics. Their torso/shells are too big and I can't find a reason for them to have chest articulation....In some of the new pics people are posting they look like the old Mutations Series!

However, the new Nick turtles looks awesome to me as a figure. I personally don't really dig the animation and promo shots of them, but the figs remind me of the general look and feel of the turtles back in the day. Prolly sounds silly, but I really dig the new figs over the Classics.

I was certain this has been answered elsewhere a few times, but just to make sure and let things be unequivocal.
