I really like the look of Splinter it's the way they colored him that throws me off personally. I agree with the poster above I totally though of that same Farley picture when I saw him. I just wish they would have went with a solid color for his design like I said in the toy thread I'm certain it will grow on me, it just seemed odd at first sight.

I could get used to the April design. I think it's the head and face shape that seems off to me.
Still, way better than the 2007 Kate Moss April in my opinion. Seeing April went with black boots this time around. If she's going to be hanging out in sewers, probably a much better option than her predecessor's white boots. |

Totally random, but in looking for a link to post in a comment on Pete's blog (come on, you gotta ask him what he thinks, right?) I noticed MTV's own tags for the article had April O'Neal...ouch. You think one of Nick's sister companies could get it right.

April does look younger than sixteen in that figure, but some teenagers do look younger than their actual age. I know I did and still kind of do look younger than my age.
As for Splinter, I do think his coloring is way off on the ears.

I do like the idea of teen April as well. I just wonder what's the plan for Casey Jones if they decide to bring him into the show. Will he also be a teenager, or an old character?

That is seriously the worst looking April design I've ever seen. As for Master Badger he looks alright but I think they forgot what kind of animal he's supposed to be.
