I think Older Toon Splinter is the youngest because Hamoto Yoshi Human looked to be in his eairly thirties. The turtles are mutated fifteen years later would put him in his mid forties. unless the his rat side caused him to age faster.

Movie Splinter look really old like late Seventies eairly eighties.

You know you have a good point, When Splinter was in his human form as Yoshi he did look young. i always pegged him as being in is late or earliy forties because even as a human he had his walking stick. But maybe like new toon Splinter, he only walks with a stick not because of old age, but because of some old battle injury.

And now that I think about it in that episode where Donatella uses old mutatgent to turn Splinter human again, he still looks the same as he did when he mutated fifteen years ago. Not so much as a grey hair

They probably did that to make him recognizable. I don't think they read into the issue as much as we do.
