Hmm... Well... If this whole story is taking place that far into the future, then maybe I can understand the existence of this Cody character.

But, why the armor? Do the turtles really need beefed up defenses of that caliber?

It's not exactly armor. More like life support for a weird and warped world. (Maybe armor too... I dunno.)

Odd... Mikey didn't seem to have much trouble breathing there. But I see, now. At least it's better than the white tubing they used while fighting the Triceratons.

Why do the turtles look so plain? It looks like the animators put less detail on them than usual. Yee.
