Your Movie Hype - Page 2

RskimB · 01-25-2007, 03:33 PM

I've been hyped since i heard about a new film but i might watch the TMNT 1 again the night before or something. This movie is the first and probably the only movie i'm ever gonna pay to see multiple times in the theaters.

I've already rewatched all three original movies back in December.

I'm ready.

TerranigmaFreak · 01-25-2007, 04:07 PM

I'm going to be watching the cartoon (old and new), watch the movies, and play the video games (the old school TMNT games anyway). I'll probably lock myself in my room and play with my TMNT action figures as well.

What I've done is sign up to this forum...which has increased the daily turtle dose. But as the movie aproaches I've been digging more in the fanworks as well, fanfictions, though especially art. As long as I'm seeing something new, I'm good during the wait for the new movie, kind of like fooling my brain with those drawings to keep it happy and not demand time to go faster. Those movie images that were freed onto the internet were like a blessing

I'm going to do the basic hype ups...weekly trip to the comic store to purchase the movie comics(wont have the patience for Diego to send me copies if he does lmao). Other than the comics the 22nd i'll watch straight movies 1-3, then premire day i'll watch 1&2(if time allows) right before leaving to drive to the theatre. Or watch the first movie on the drive to the drive-in if their showing it.

Yeah, pm me a link to your videos!

The videos I have seen, one is Red, and is about Raph, or mostly Raph, and has a perfect song for him playing in the back ground.

I also like the Tatu inspired video called One of Us.

I watched TMNT 2 the other day for the hell of it. But honestly I haven't done anything I don't normally do.

Well I did buy a crapload of movie toys I guess that is hyped up.

For me, I'll mainly read some of the comics I have, watch my Old Toon DVDs, and watch the movies. Yeah, I think that'll be enough to get me ready for the new movie.

LeoNerdo · 01-27-2007, 10:59 PM

i'm gonna buy and watch the original toon 4th season since it should be out by then. i'll probably also watch the first two movies...since ive pretty much sworn off the 3rd. and im sure ill be reading the comics like crazy and playing TMNT IV Turtles in Time and maybe the new movie game depending on what the reviews for it are like.

none for me except that my work sample is on reptiles. I have a feeling that my students will bring it up. While they were learning about fish, they could not stop thinking about Nemo.

I just ordered a bunch of the Mirage books, except Book 1 which is kinda tough to find. And a reprint of issue one, too.
