To make it worse it isn't even new stock art it's the same **** they've been using since the 2nd DVD.

I hope the Red Sky ones get a different treatment.

I checked my sources and it says Not announced which is odd because I've never seen a DVD with artwork before we know the release date but oh well. I bet June, or around the time the FF DVD comes out.

September 11th believe it or not. Might come out when the movie does too, which is August 7th.

On that note this DVD should contain MY version of the Pirate Radio episode. Only TMB has ever seen it from people on this forum I believe.

The set comes out in August I thought everyone knew

"Lionsgate has done the same with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles series from the '80s. In August, Lionsgate will release season five as a three-disc set packaged inside a pizza-style box, which is designed to appeal to the franchise's audience of males ages 18-34."

3 disks actually, and if you want to see IM me on AIM and I can send it to you. Or PM me if you have MSN and not AIM. I'd love to share it with more people. I'd put it on Youtube but it would just get removed.

OK, so I am not the girliest of girls out there. But while I am in that age demographic, I certainly am NOT a male. I'm not even a tomboy- I have quite a doll collection.

3...oh...still. What kind of Special Features you think we'll get, that's quite a bit of free space seeing as how they but 12 to 13 episodes on some of the older volumes.

I'd have to say atleast some more VA interviews. But you'd think they would have done the TMNT on the last volume.

Pat did a couple of really good voices on OT TMNT so maybe they'll have him talk a little more on Season 5??? I'd like to hear him talk about Baxter

Awesome news! There's a few eps in there that I haven't seen in awhile and would love to see again so I'm really looking forward to this!

Despite the reused art, I do like the pizza look of the box. Looking forward to throwing out more VHS tapes!!!

Throwing out old tapes? Ebay them! Or send them to me! lol

So the release date will be in August, eh? Awesome! I believe volume 5 came out in August of last year (vol. 6 in December and season 4 in march) so season 6 might be out before year's end. Here's hoping it will be combined with season 7 but I don't want to hope for too much. I'm just happy we've gotten this far!

Actually, last time I purged VHS tapes I sent them to my mom to disperse amongst various kiddies. I just don't see much market for the tapes when they're on DVD to make eBay worth the hassle.
