How about a Turtle hanging itself by the Playmates logo? Someone should do a sculpy of that ...

Mr.Laird, if you are reading this, next go around, PLEASE forget about the past and think of the future. Get a real Toy License for the Turtles (Probably needs to be an up and coming company with people who know fun and the industry). If even the new company falls flat on it's face, then I guess Playmates is following the industry standard....Suck and Blow at the same time .

Nothing from Playmates. Everytime I look around I see new TMNT ornaments that weren't there last year. That's about it. As stupid as they would look, TMNT with Santa Hats and stuff like that would be pretty cute.

The only thing that bugs me is how slow they're been with the Mini-mutants. They really should have made another series after the X-treme sports stuff.

Y'know... now that I think about it... the next time kids ask for Back to the Sewers TMNT figures, give them those mini-figs. I mean, the Turtles in black stealth outfits and the Extreme Sports outfits have already appeared in Back to the Sewers episodes... right?

Wow. Cool job you got there. Are you allowed to play with them when the store's closed? I mean, for example, how can you explain to a child on how to assemble a Master Grade Endless Waltz Wing Zero GUNDAM if you haven't yourself. And do you get employee complimentaries, too?

I was freakin shocked! I was like "uh no, we don't have any toys for the new season the cartoon series" And both wanted to know when we would carry them. I couldn't bring my self to tell them that wheren't going to be any because both kids seemed like they really wanted them.

Gee, how idiotic of playmates to not make toys for Back to the Sewers, I'm surpised as heck that I actually had some one ask me about them instead of Bakugan or something.
I just read this thread. I'm shocked, too.

Those kids know their stuff.

Long live collectors.

This is so sad! Why would Playmates do this?! I'm so shock.
They don't even pay attention to what kids want..

Nope, no attention. All the TMNT toys selling gangbusters out there and Playmates just doesn't want the money anymore. They simply want to get back at the TMNT, and the TMNT fans that they clearly hate and have a blood vendetta against.

Yu-gi-oh still does, mainly because there is surprisingly a older fanbase that also likes it. Yu-gi-oh playing leagues are all over the place here.

Seems Playmates is busy making a new batch of the original line of TMNT figures. Since nearly all TMNT stuff seems on hiatus until sometime in 2009, that's probably why we're not getting anything.

If that's a respite break, I'd rather they come clean and admit it.

Also: it doesn't explain why Metal Klawz and Spider Bytez aren't out yet. That nut Paula has given me no less than six different release dates for those suckers.

I wonder what the latest release date is. Paula won't talk to me, she just forwards me to Vivid Imaginations who dirty thier hands with UK stuff instead of Playmates. The thing is Vivid dropped all TMNT stuff from thier site.

I think the last one she gave me was "maybe fall 2009". Last communication with her said:

"The sub sewer line should be out in the retail stores now and the two villains will be the mole and the spider."

Which tells me absolutely nothing.

I remember that message before about the 'mole and the spider'. They do have names Paula LOL.

No chance of them appearing in Woolworths here. Woolworths are going under sadly.
