Well, amazingly enough my handle isn't a typo.

Perseph from the Greek goddess Persephone (my favorite of all the Greek myths since I was a little girl) and Ohi from the Japanese word for queen. Nothing like a little culture clash.

Mine came from the name of the first PC CD-ROM game I ever bought, which in turn was one of the very first CD-ROM games ever made for the PC. I can no longer find that game, I don't have it, and I absolutely can not find any info on that game anywhere on the net. At least at places I have looked at.

Oooh, my turn!

Sparvid is something a friend called me when we were about 12-13. It was just something he said, and no one else. (from my real name Arvid). Then after a while when I started at a new school and so on, we didn't meet as much as earlier, so I kind off forgot it.

However, one day another friend was talking to me and said "Spa... Arvid", followed by "Sparvid!", so I told her that I actually had been called that many years earlier, so she and two other friends who were present at the time decided that they shold call me that from that day on...

And when I first started to post at some forums I chose this for a name, since this is a really unique name, and is always avaliable

Oh, and a fun fact: Somebody in an old forum I used to post at created a little comc strip some years ago, and he named it "Sparvid", without realizing that he got the name from seeing my posts! Cool, I thought, and didn't mind at all
