It's not you. It seems like the levels are randomly generated and some of the gaps are generated exactly as long as he can jump.

This game is dreadful. I'm glad to see this kind of attention for the TMNT, but really, this game isn't fun.

From lousy ju8mping in the 2nd level to horrible hit detection the 3rd, I'm surprised Adam was able to finish for the screen caps.

I think that's a problem on your end. I was able to beat each level in one go...

No, Jester's right. Like what I said about the level generation and the hit detection IS bad. You can be well underneath Shredder and still get hit. It's doable, just bad on a technical level.

However, it's a flash game. Things like this should be expected.

Indeed. I suppose "8-bit inspired" would be the more accurate designation.

I hereby dub this game: The best TMNT game ever. After TMNT 2 that is.

Burn baby, burn!

Is that supposed to be Mikey..? (Yes, it is!)

Booyakasha, Shredhead!

Leo in Princess Leia drag outfit, complete with bun tight hair = priceless.

I just figured it was 8 bit since it was in the same style as The Legend of Zelda and Super Mario Bros, which are 8 bit games.

It took me a few playthroughs to notice but the intro cutscene totally drops a Turtles in Time reference:

Yeah, lots of little homages to the old games:

I was like, anticipating him to say it.

I certainly wouldn't mind seeing this idea expanded upon. I was hoping we might see some more "save the princess" game styles homages like Ghouls n' Goblins, Battletoads, Prince of Persia, etc.
