A Chinatown Ghost Story speculation thread

Another theory crossed my mind:

What if this "ghost" is possibly a projection of someone or something from Dimension X trying to warn Earth of the eminent Kraang invasion? Possibly Leatherhead.

I definitely hope Karai will be a major part of this episode; I would hate for her to be shunted off to the side until next season.

By the way, I've never fully seen the 2011 remake of A Chinese Ghost Story but from the few minutes I've seen of it, the focus all went to Louis Koo's character Yin Chek Ha (originally played by the late Wu Ma in the 80s version). It pretty much sucked!

It was pretty much like TMNT 2014 vs 1990, CGI heavy and remade for the younger generation. I think it is quite good by itself as long as you don't make direct comparison to the classic. Louis Koo's sword fight scenes are epic! Check this out! I wish we can get a Leo vs Tiger Claw sword fight as impressive as this one day!

Just a thought but when I read the description of that film A Chinese Ghost Story, part of the description got me thinking

Unfortunately, Hsiao-Tsing is a ghost, bound for all eternity by a hideous tree spirit with an incredibly long tongue that wraps itself round its victims and sucks out their life essence

Anyway I remembered Baxter Fly concept art and there was something on it that has bugged me.

Bottom left on the concept art you see Baxter Fly doing something to Mikey. He has some sort of suck tube that he keeps hidden.

So I think Baxter Fly is in this episode and he possibly sucks some sort of life essence out of people which turns them invisible which makes people believe there are ghosts about.
