I always found those mistakes amusing, and to be honest I was always more bothered by poor voice substitutions in the later seasons, especially Rob Paulsen's replacement for Raphael in season 10.

I remember an error one time that involved one of the turtles where their colours, voice, belt letter and weapon were all different. I forget which episode it was, all the turtles were trapped or hiding in a crate of some kind...
