I didn't fully understand what Dregg meant about his territory either. I figured maybe he got control of some parts of Dimension X while he was stuck there in late season 10 and thought defeating the turtles would be easier on his own home turf.

After "Doomquest", he wound up on a planet within Dimension X where he met Mung and got the Dreggnaught repaired.

After "Turtles To The Second Power", he was sent BACK to Dimension X with a vengeful Shredder and Krang and again, a damaged Dreggnaught.

At the end of "The Day The Earth Disappeared", the Dreggnaught got sucked into the Black Hole Dimension rather than back to Dimension X. Unless said dimension IS Dimension X. That was never touched on.

Where did it say he went to Dimension X after Doomquest? He just left Earth and you saw his Dreggnaught getting repaired by Mung on some other planet.

I don't think it was ever said that Dregg went to Dimension X after Doomquest. I also assumed that he just left Earth and got his Dreggnaught repaired on a planet in the same dimension as the tmnt. The first time I recall Dimension X being mentioned after season 8 was by Mung in season 10's The Beginning of the End.

True. He didn't go through any portal or mentioned he was in Dimension X when he met Mung. In The Day the Earth Disappeared, since he was in Dimension X at the time, I believe he meant that he wanted to rule Earth from where he was at the moment, not that Dimension X is his home.

I wonder if Mung is from Dimension X or he just visits there a lot because he seems to have a lot more knowledge of it than Dregg. It seems to me that Dregg is from the same dimension as the Turtles. He wasn't aware that Mutatnite was a rare element found only in Dimension X, never once mentioned it was his home, and didn't even know who Krang was, who's supposed to have a huge influence in Dimension X.

No problem! As we all learned in episodes like "Turtle Trek", Dimension X isn't one planet in itself. In "The Power of Three", Mung says "Back in Dimension X". So unless this happened before Dregg met Mung, that's where my theory came from.
