I hate to break it to you Rez, but it's "SARNATH." That's how it's spelled in "The Incredible Shrinking Turtles" #3 and #4 of the Archie comics before they went off on their own adventures. Unless someone can get a hold of an original script from one of the episodes, I believe that's the closest we're going to get to spelling it from a TMNT source.
