so if i didn't have a dynamic IP, explain how i got back on here? If you had any clue about ATTBI you would know they have dynamic ips. for a Computer science major you really sound like an idiot. Ok, then, explain this: I use ATTBI, and my IP address hasn't changed in almost 9 months. A dynamic IP address changes every time you connect to the internet. Maybe you're changing your IP on purpose, or maybe ATTBI uses dynamic IPs in your area, but mine's static.
