2K7 because it's not really a TMNT Movie, but a monster movie with TMNT half assedly inserted in there. It was a boring clusterf**k that set up a movie that never came out.
Platinum Dunes was a bad Turtles movie, but they did get the TMNT right in a lot of ways, and at the very least its entertaining and fun. Evil Foot clan has a grasp on New York TMNT come out and kick butt bam. Simple and effective albeit with ridiculous character designs and the TMNT taking a back seat to April. Next Mutation is bad but its tongue and cheek bad. I'd rather watch it as opposed to TMNT 2k7, because at least its villains are more entertaining and funny. TMNT3 as bad as it was, still has a decent story and ok costumes (texture and lighting hurt the TMNT costumes more than anything), with the villains being the real nail in the coffin. Still better than the other 3 I mentioned.

WOW! That is a tough call.
I voted Next Mutation but, really, it is between Next Mutation and TMNT 3. TMNT 3 was released at a time when I LOVED everything from the Ninja Turtles. And I turned it off, as a kid, and ejected the VHS and gave it back to mom to return to the rental store. I can't even say it's a guilty pleasure, so-bad-its-good kinda movie (Like Super Mario Bros!). It was bad enough that child me, lover of all things TMNT, couldn't sit through it. I will give it a point for earlier exposure to ZZ Top though. Next Mutation is just horrid, ugly, and aging worse than it did. If TMNT3 was an abomination to me as a kid, this killed it. I tried to give it another shot, since joining up here and seeing there is mild support for it. Netflix has it so, I'm not loosing anything more than time, right? Wrong. I lost brain cells too. I can't even regress into the inner-child me. It's mind numbingly bad. And I do watch stuff that I can put aside my age, etc, and just watch it for what it is and enjoy it, but Next Mutation I just cannot. I actually like the 2007 CG movie, so that wasn't even an option for me Yeah, I'm one of THOSE guys. A weak movie, perhaps. It's not on par with the original or most of the animated series... but it's got a decent story and I like the look of it. A better threat/villain would have been better. That Raph/Leo fight though... The 2014 movie is bad. I try to give it more credit by saying it was a visually decent movie, with good CG and believable integration with the live action... But trying to watch it on my own, at home? I haven't been able to do it. I saw it once all the way though in the theater... I can appreciate the bonus features on the disc... but I just haven't been able to sit through it again. Horrible story, an origin re-telling I'm not crazy for (and I'm all for altercations since there is no real consistent origin), stupid designs, bad actress, a fart joke?!, and the quality of movie that it is... it's SO paper thin that I just can't sit through it. That's all. I can sit through the other 3 movies all day long. Literally. There are lesser quality movies I can watch more than TMNT2014... Rubber? Yea, I can sit through that piece of crap again before TMNT2014. But I will give it credit with a proper representation of the Turtles personalities. They, themselves, are fun to watch. I'm not so much into the other characters, Sacks is pointless, O'Neil is horrible, I will admit Vernon isn't bad in this, and the Shredder has no purpose here. But the Turtles, they got it right with them. So, weighing all that... I decided on Next Mutation. But, like I said, it was close.

Does anyone know of the one special that was a promotion for a new train line or something. The AVGN talked about it on his TMNT Live Action Left-overs video. I never watched it but it looked pretty bad.

Operation Blue Line:
At least it has the original voice actors.

...dear god. I'd never seen this before, but it's like the '87 cartoon and the '66 Batman show had a really terrible, low-budget baby.
Gotta give it to Clarke, Paulsen, Townsend and Gordon - they gave it their all, even for this. They've always been pros. And were those the same (or similar) suits they used for Disney/Universal Studios appearances? I've still got a photo of kid-me and Mikey that I was incredibly thrilled about back then. (And uh, still am, let's be honest.)

Nah, the Blue Line costumes are their own thing. They were used to promote the toyline (among other things, which is why they look like the first series of figures) at one point. Events & whatnot. Lavigne donned one, as a matter of fact. I have a picture of that somewhere, but I can't find it. There's this, though-

I've actually got that on VHS. It's fun to watch occasionally for a few laughs since it's so short.

Just realized I'd actually posted a picture of meeting "Mikey" as a kid back in this thread, but I guess I forgot the details.

The Next Mutation is by far the worst one. I dunno what they were thinking. It was simply weird and it did not work out. I'm amazed that it got the green light.

(worst to best)
1) TMNT (2014), also known as "Bay Turtles", was horrible, in my opinion. Good popcorn flick, but just way too butchered. I also personally HATED the designs of the turtles! 2) I always thought The Next Mutation was a Power Rangers-esque version of TMNT. Doesn't help both shows were made by Saban. Outfits were weird, not many known characters were in this show (besides TMNT, Splinter, and Shredder), and the voice acting was horrid. Also the characterizations were off. Interesting note: Seems Bay Turtles ripped off NTM's designs, sorta. That's a good idea right? Rip off one of the WORST versions of TMNT for your new TMNT movie. Ironically, it sets the tone. 3) TMNT (2007) was a mess of a movie; too unfocused. I agree with others that it was a big monster movie, and that's it pretty much. The sidestory with Raph being a 'superhero' or whatever was lame. Tho I did like the Leo/Raph fight on the rooftop. Overall, I couldn't get into it and it's not very rewatchable IMO. 4) TMNT 3 was bad and cheesy at parts, but had a decent story, with them going back to feudal Japan. Even the Fred Wolf cartoon did a decent episode like that a year later, probably because they also liked the idea ("The Legend of Koji").
