I was at a Barnes & Noble yesterday, and they had a table set up with a bunch of Nick TMNT merchandise, but there was a little flag/sign thingy sticking up from the top of the table with an image (that we've already seen) of the movie turtles, along with the logo and "in theaters this summer". No actual movie merch on the table, though...just Nick stuff.

i worked at blockbuster til about a year ago (bout 6 months before they closed down for good) and would have snagged every piece of tmnt movie merch i could've! i didnt even think about this while i was working there, lol...

I was, however, able to get a couple extra posters and slipcovers from the 1st nick series dvd.

if this is a pre-screening, Im surprised its happening so quickly, just the other day, one of the animators tweeted that they just finished the animations, so unless the editors have been working non-stop to put together this film, I can't imagine that they got all together this quickly, unless this is a rough cut.

not true..sometimes screenings are shown without full renders down..its just to get a feel of how audiences react to the movie


infact July is actually perfect timing to start pre screenings ,at this point though usually all work is down so that part is off time wise

well...the theatre doesnt look very big, so im wondering if the screening is for crew members, and their families. color me jealous, I wanna see this film so bad.

perhaps with screenings happenings, we will get first impressions published on the internet. assuming the viewers are under some kind of NDA.

It looks like it's just a pre-show segment in a Cineplex VIP cinema (Canada).

They charge you $25 for a ticket and you get to sit in La-Z-Boy-esque seats and they serve you food and beer.

I've never liked the idea of that. Eating an entire meal during a movie just seems weird, and a server coming in with a whole thing of food might be distracting. I just don't like that idea, I'm fine with just a Coke Zero and popcorn, these people seem spoiled

the only time ive seen that around me was for Avengers,Harry Potter and Twilight

they would special special day long tickets where you would do see the leading up movies and end the night with the finales

food would be given until the last film
