Erm... did he refund your money? If he did, then there's nothing to take up with PayPal and he doesn't technically owe you anything.

You should definitely leave him negative eBay feedback, though.

he claimed the items were destroyed before I paid for them. when I saw that he was lying, I sent a payment through.
and technically speaking, he's obligated to complete the sale to the highest bidder. that would be me.
if he didnt get the price he wanted, he had the option of revising or ending the auction early, or talking to me about a bid retraction. that's really all there is to it.

Yes... but dude, you're not going to be able to force the guy to send you anything if he doesn't want to send it! Leave the negative feedback and spare yourself the hassle of mucking with PayPal -- it's really not worth it and (at least in my experience) rarely results in any return of funds.

But I'm operating under the impression that he returned your money anyway (right?)... in which case PayPal wouldn't have any stake in the matter. If anything, you should be taking this up with eBay.

The original toon in Germany on DVD. It was mentioned in another thread. The DVD box is not yet out though, it will be released March 12.

That lot of mini mutants are easily,easily worth over 200~300$, U won it for 60 bucks？ If the seller has any idea of the value of the set,he will not ship it out to u no matter wut happened.

First of all he didnt mention mini playsets on the title, 2nd of all the world TURTLE he typed it wrong,it typed TURLTE, else it will go at least 200$ believe me bro. The 4 turtle in turtles playset alone was sold for 150$ shipped about just a month ago(loose but completed lot),i saw it ended.

how the hell u guys found that auction anyway?

eBay changed the rules on that, I believe. At least with my recent purchases, I've gotten dialogue that urges me not to hold back because sellers can no longer leave buyers negative feedback. The threat of negative feedback in return kind of held buyers hostage to the whims of sellers in the past, so I'm glad that eBay recognized that and did something about it.

Except now sellers have basically now no recourse even when buyers deserve it (don't pay, etc.)

I don't think you're gonna find a better price then that. Not complete with a file card anyway. It's probably in better shape than anything you'd turn up in a loose lot with a lot of junk.

Yeah I thought about it, but I'm sort of deviating from figs to focus on comics/art so this would be like backpedaling. I hope someone from here gets it soon before footballorangeguy does.

andrew, i understand what you're saying..but in a way it sort of defeats the purpose of ebay. there's lots of things the seller could have done differently easily... i did want those turtle in a turtle things, but i guess i can do without them.
