"Aw dern," She replied, the sarcasim in her tone so thick , it was like venom dripping from her lips, "An' here I was jus' hopin' fer that." She pulled her own hat lower over her face, (God, she really needed to wash it), and shoved her hands into her pockets. A part of her wanted to add the quip, 'No offense, but neither of you would have even made it up to bat.' She quickly decided against that, there was no reason for her to insult them.

Regeane stops in her tracks.. A confused then sad look crosses her face.. "I.. I don't know.. I don't know anything.. I can't remember anything before I woke up on the docks.. I.. I am so confused.." A tear runs down her face and she doesn't notice it..

Mike pouted, having never gotten his drink, and slid off the stool. He spotted a familiar sight out of the bar's front windows and hurried ahead of the other two. He pushed open the door and smiled. "Hey, Jessie!"

Jessie was leaning up against the side of her van, black with a fantasy-type mural painting. She gave Mike a slight smile. "Hey, Mike. Spotted the cop car and thought you might need some help getting out of trouble. Glad to see I don't have to waste my allowance on bail."

Raphael paused at the door once he spotted Jessie. Seems like Mike is always able to make friends in different places. Raphael sighed and rubbed his temples. He knew that Leonardo was going to go ballistic because of the stranger he's bringing home... Not only that, but he's been drinking and fighting again.

Allison continued to silently watch the others. Hmm... The money Raph's given me should cover his tab and all the damage done... But now I'm starting to worry about him. This "Gray" seems innocent enough, but there's definitely something about her...

Inside the Police Station:

Doc walked strait to the front desk where a young police man sat, "Exscuse me, I do believe you have an... employee of mine in lock up. Ramore Brown."

Gray, who had been leaning against the counter, watched Raphael catching his anxiety. All of that can't be over me. She didn't think herself that much of a big deal, then again, maybe it wasn't only her coming with them that he was worried about.

Another psychic whisper entered Randi's mind, *But now I'm starting to worry about him. This "Gray" seems....* She flinched slightly, looking immediatly at Allison, eyes wide.

'I seem... what?' She wondered, suddenly wishing that she had heard the rest of the woman's thought. 'Great, she doesn't trust me... I don't think any of these people really do.'
Feeling suddenly more paranoid than ever, Gray shifted her hands in her pockets; Raph and Mike didn't think her a danger, did they? Why would she do anything to them? Muchless any one else? She wouldn't harm anyone intentionally, unless she had to like Skinhead... but that was different. SHe doubted, (or hoped) that Raph or Mike would attack her any time soon; but if they did, she was pretty much screwed. If Mike was even half as good as Raph at fighting then she wouldn't even stand a chance.
She felt her heart sink as a slight fear reached the back of her throat like burnt ice, (ooc: *points and laughs at the refferance to her own old horrid fan fic*); she was begining to wonder if it was to go with them in the first place.
"Why do I get the impression that taking me to where ever it is, is goin'ta make more trouble then I'm worth?" She whispered, so only Raph, (and maybe Allison), could hear.

The police clerk behind the tall counter nodded. "And you like to see if he is available for bail...? " he turned to the computer to pull up a file to see what Ramone Brown was in for. He was fined for being a public disturbance and battery.

"Hrm, okay, he can contest in court a week from now -- we'll have to keep him in jail until them -- or you can pay his fine here," he explained the options.

"I can pay... I'll just take it out of his paycheck for the next few months." Doc replied, "Two thousand, right? I hope you don't mind if I give you all 100's." The cop rose his eyebrows once after realizing the man was giving him the full amount in hard cash. He only seen those sort of payments come from the mob or a undetected drug lord undercover. He grew suspicious, checking the money to make sure it was not counterfeit as well as the doctor counted out the 100's.

"Idiot, it's all real." Doc growled, as he put down the last hundred dollar bill. He stomped his cane on the ground annoyedly, "I've work to do, bills to pay, tests to run, a child to care for! I cannot wait all day!"

Skinhead grinned wildly, he could hear Doc bellow at whomever it was at the front desk. He finally came! Skinhead would have to ask what the hold up had been.

"Alright then.. it is," the police clerk finally agreeed with him. He shuffled togtehr all the money and made the transaction in full. "Sir, please wait over there until the officer brings out Mr. Brown."

Two officers went to the holding cell in the back to retrieve the cleared offender. "You're free to go. And make sure I don't see you're ugly mug again anytime soon," the officer told Ramone while they led him out.

Regeane leaned against the brick wall and yawns.. Her hat slowly slips over her eyes.. She decieds to sit down on the ground.. She does so.. the Fisherman's coat was so big that when she sat down it covered her completley..

"Wha?" Skinhead followed him, "What otta employee?" He followed Doc outside and immediatly saw Regeane. "Whossat?"
"Regeane, She's my new lab assistant." Doc replied, "Regeane, meet Ramore--better known as Skinhead--he will be the new 'muscle'... well, after I'm done with him he will be."
"After you're wha?"
"Shut up and follow me... come along, Regeane."
