Making a character based on Bruce Lee and calling him Hun? Its like a slap in the face to everyone who wanted to see Hun in this show.

If they called him, "Akira" everyone would think he was a new character.

Honestly you could have called the Rat King the Sewer Phantom and your wouldn't have made the connection either.

Remove the rats and you can't even tell who he is except for the name. Hell they could have called traag and granitor as Cinderblock and Golem and we wouldn't have known the difference. Hell Dogpound could have just called himself Wolfesbain.

Oh well, I'm just glad they're bringing in someone from that show.

How could you think 4kids Hun was Asian? The guy had blonde hair and didn't have an Asian accent.

I always figured Hun was white.

We know nothing about this Hun yet. He could still be the leader of the Purple Dragons and have a rivalry with Casey. Perhaps they will go the IDW route and have him get pumped up up by the Mutagen. If they had made a new Purple Dragon leader people would just wonder why they didn't just use Hun.

Having an Asian kid with the name "Hun" is a totally different character than Hun. Why not just name him "Akira" and have him be a new character?

At least what IDW did in making Hun into Casey's father actually worked. Not to mention Hun dyed his hair blonde in that comic too.

The same can be said for Rahzar. Hell they even gave bebop the name Anton.

Personally, I think this version of Hun looks awesome. Looks like he's inspired by Bruce Lee in his aviator glasses. Kind of looks like a no-nonsense tough guy that's going to whip those shabby Purple Dragons into shape. I'd like to see that.
