Here's B-Roll Footage from Guardians of the Galaxy, Towards the end of the video, You see some of Vin Diesel doing the "I am Groot" lines.

I have to keep myself from watching anymore GOTG related videos, since I'm gonna see the movie the next friday. Only 5 more agonizing days at work to go.

Just saw it.

I'm not saying it was weak, but it felt like it took no real risks.

Spoiler:
Ronan did'nt do anything with the infinity stone other than waste a lot of ships, Nebula did'nt do anything other than one fight, Thanos does'nt amount to a hill of beans other than sitting on his arse and getting all cross when Ronan betrays him, the Nova corps were just inconsequential cannon fodder for Ronan's aqquired stone. Too many convieniances furthered the plot, including one bit about a slave revolting that I thought wasted the spots with The Collector, like he only existed to tell a percentage of the neccersary plot and then be disposed of in the narrative. The ending felt too much like the ending of a Disney season of Power Rangers, and it depended too much on something that formed part of sequel hook ellaboration (Peter's true father), even something that could have had significient emotional impact and which was admitedly visually awesome (Groot's death) is undone by the cutesy baby twig at the end. Peter's mum's final gift to him being another mix tape was a nice touch though.'

This is less about a high-stakes gamble for the safety of the universe and more a story of rag tag a-holes (meant in the nicest possible way) having fun banter and getting into a predicament. It's good comedy but that's the gist of it. If you want a smile, go check it out, I'm sorry if this turns out to be an unpopular opinion by someone in the minority, and I hope you guys get something out of it, I was just looking for a bit more depth.

I absolutely loved it but I can understand why others might not.

It seems like this movie was made for me. I love the space fantasy genre and the humor in this film was right in my wheelhouse. James Gunn was a great choice for this franchise.

I thought the character development for the heroes was great but the villains kinda get the shaft because of this. I'm cool with the slow build to Thanos (loved the nod to the Emperor) but Ronan and Nebula could've used a little more.

I heart Rocket big time.

I know I'll love it because, I'm into the whole Star Wars space adventure thing. And funny enough, Some of the TV Spots are saying, its the Star Wars of this Generation.

I loved it. The characters were great, the humour is spot on, the action is fun, and I loved

Spoiler:
The Scene where Peter reads his mom's letter and we find out where the name star lord comes from.

What a wonderful movie, I plan on seeing it again and buying it when it comes out. 9/10

Ok I was very disappointed with the "cameo" at the end. Lame lame lame. Marvel didn't even reward us for staying through the credits. I'd just say I would have rather just left after it was over.

Yeah, this is my only real disappointment. I would have loved a trailer leading up to the Avengers 2, or maybe, Rocket is at a bar, and Thor and his friends could be seen in the background or something, kind of like a Shwarma thing. But, oh well, can't have everything I guess.

Y'all ain't Marvel fans. This is a bigger reward than any other after credit scenes in Phase 2, apart from Winter Soldier with the twins.

This is seriously one of the best cameos in any of these movies for me. What a great character.

EDIT: Actually, thinking about it, this scene proves that ANYTHING is possible in this universe. No one thought that character would show up in a movie again. This is only the start.

I'm not a comic book reader, I'm more of the GA! We're the ones that can make or break a films/franchise future.
