Also what turtles get each element? I'm going to assume that they won't have control over the element but they will adopt traits and fighting styles that resemble the element. We know:

-Donnie gets EARTH(I'm going to assume so because of the "mountain" statement
Does that mean Mikey will get water? I like that idea because Mikey is a "go with the flow" kind of guy and water, well, flows. lol.

The words underneath the Turtles (possibly the translation of the pennant next to Mikey) says

That's why I suggested that Donnie and Mikey be both a coronation of earth. And while the elements of Wood and Metal are common in Chinese lore, I have also seen them in Japanese lore occasionally. Sometimes the element of Spirit or light is used as the element of is used in place of void.

If April was water it could be a nod to May Witman's role as Katara. While Katara is a character from a different franchise, Nick TMNT has been known to reference other non-TMNT properties now and again.
