We said it was a a green Hummer (aka humvee) and a motorcycle. But I thinkl the new comic/cartoons are taking fromt his concept, cause they are using an amored car and a racey motorbike.

I truthfully stoped al my TMNT intrests in about 1994 and came back in 2000

so I missed the whole TNM thing.

heh.. I faded out around 1994 too. But all my new internet buddies yanked me back into it just in time for TNM.. and Image TMNT. Whether or not that was a good thing, I dunno!

one day I just pulled out some of my old turtle tapes out of nostalgia and started watching them all and I got rehooked onto tthe turtles

I caught a few TNM eps, but that was it. I lost interest completely around 97, but I regained my fandom near the end of 2001. I found the official TMNT site while I was bored one night, and the rest is history.

Yayness!Im an ultimate membah tooh! :3 but i just wanted to reach the 1000 posts, now i dont care about my post count anymore

I guess i have always been a fan of the tmnt, but i could do nothing about it, since they were no more on tv, people did not talked about it, and i could not get stuff of them anywhere...so i always had to wait for something to happen...not that i had a choice =/
Then i got internet!That's were i started rediscovering the tmnt...i got eps, movies, comics, games, lots and lots of information, and met a lot of people i could talk about tmnt and other stuff...the rest is filstory =P
The moments i'll always remember will prolly be the first time i saw the episodes sypnoses at the official tmnt site, and the first time i ever got a divx ep, which happend to be a tmnt one at bqsplace...too bad i missed the next mutation, im not sure why i didnt wanted to watch it, but it was a mistake...i got the pr & tmnt crossover but that's not enough...perhaps sometime they will put it on fox kids again, i don't know...

i NEVER lost interest in the guys... the minute i laid eyes on them, it was like magic (not like love or anything) i watched my old tapes my mom recorded when i was little, and everytime we played charades... i was ALWAYS a ninja turtle, or atleast try to act like one. i wonder how i can post those videos somewhere. o well!

Yeah it's dead now...but at least it's still there...i get all nostalgic when i go back to that site

But that was like a year ago, the eps arent working anymore...it's a spooky place now

Heh, I lost my intrest sometime around the time the cartoon stopped airing. I caught NT:TNM and watched it near religiously. I know I've seen every ep at least once, I loved (and still like) the show. But then they took if off.

I got back into the fandom when I was looking for new fanfiction from another fandom at FF.net. I saw the Ninja Turtles listing, thought "I remember them" and the rest is history.

Yeah, it was the online TMNT community of fans that keep my interest strong during that 'dry spell' between 1998 and 2001. It was so much fun reading everyone's fanfics, and seeing their websites and fan art, then chatting away with them during the wee hours of the night. I couldn't abandon TMNT then!
