perhaps I should have used "withholding". Anyway, I know you can't speak about the details but I think it was a little unfair to single my comment out.

Mr. Jester I wasn't saying anyone pulled strings...I didn't single anyone out by name...I don't even know (even on a message board level) the people named. By all means I'm still a noob to the Drome. So sorry if I offended people. I'm just excited about this, like I believe most of the people here are. I'm sure none of us meant any harm, and I think all the tension is unnecessary.

To be fair, I quoted more than just you. I went for 2 pages or so back and just picked at random. And you're absolutely right, over a message board it's near impossible to tell someones intentions. Text doesn't always translate well!

It's a matter of jealousy plain and simple. People are upset that some TMNT fans were favored over others when they themselves feel just as worthy. In some ways that's understandable but as for me, It doesn't matter who got what but I am curious just the same.

One thing I don't get, the execs at Nickelodeon are completely different people, and not the same ones that were in contact with fans the same way Mirage and some 4kids staff members were.

How would Nickelodeon people know who the TMNT fans are? Its not like the Mirage guys like Murphy/Dan/Jim/Michael Dooney, etc. who always kept friendly with the fans, or even some of the 4kids guys like Lloyd Goldfine or such.

Are there people working on the Nick show who have also worked on other TMNT stuff before? Are any 4kids writers/animators gone over there?

The only Mirage guy I know who works at Nick is TMNT Adventures atrist Ken Mitchroney, though he's not involved with the Turtles. There are however a few people who work at Nick who are members of this forum...makes me wonder what they think of this thread....yikes.

Two of the receipients were on the Season 7 DVD being interviewed as hardcore fans. That may have tipped them off to who to send to.

- Does everyone who got one run a TMNT website or any sort of general entertainment website where TMNT news might be relevant? That can be a major deciding factor as well.

- Also, how recently and often do the receipients post on the Technodrome?

- Lastly, what pizza chain did they use and does that pizza chain exist in the areas of other deserving people who may not have gotten one?

Is there anything else I'm missing? If not, I think we need to get Ninja-ier

and figure this stuff out.

Rose, Stephan, and Vaughn all have TMNT themed blogs. Machias is the wild card. She is a contributer at Go Green Machines (Stephan's Blog), as am I, but the 2 of us very rairly post content (Usually it's tOkKa and the man himself, Stephan.) She is a senior member of this forum, bosting the highest post count.

Then again, are we sure these 4 are the only ones?

As for pizza chains, Rose said Red Brick and Machi said Dominos...so..yeah.

Here's a theory that just occurred to me.

Maybe the fans were chosen because their real names were more publicly available than most other fans who hide behind bizzare usernames or alias?

Well as long as we can get Nick to release Turtles Forever uncut in the U.S., and Lionsgate to release Seasons 9 and 10, that's all that matters in terms of Nick being friendly with fans.

They're not legally capable of using story plots from fans anyway.

Seems everyone involved at least contributes to TMNT fandom beyond forum posts, even if only a little. While there may have been other deserving contributors that never recieved a pizza, we know that the common thread is contribution.

As for other people we don't know possibly getting them, Google says that they're not talking. The only relevant result I can get is this very thread. I would guess that anyone else who got one is probably part of something more similar to IGN, which covers a multitude of things.

That's all speculation, though. Speculation that's making me hungry.
