It depends if those human turned mutants want to be changed back some of them would be happy staying as mutants. Some of these mutants have powers so when they change back they lose there powers and end up regretting it

Snake Weed - probably happy as a mutant
SpiderBytez - Probably happy as a mutant
Muckman - Probably wants to change back
Mutagen Man - probably wants to change back
Pizza Face - Probably happy as a mutant
Sparrow dude - Not sure
Rocksteady and Bebop - Don't deserve to be changed back.
Rahzar - he's dead
Fishface - Probably not bothered now but doesn't deserve to changed back to human
Tiger Claw - Probably not bothered now.
Aploex - Probably wants to change back.
Rat King- He's dead
Dr Rockwell - Probably wants to stay as a mutant.

Snakeweed and Spiderbitez don't like being mutants, but they're rather minor characters overall that the writers probably won't really bother giving them proper endings.

Mutagen Man is really the only one they made a big deal out of turning back to human form, which is the only reason we keep thinking about it over any of the others.

Everyone deserves to be changed back and it doesn't matter if the person is a villain or not. And sparrow's name is Malachi (or Martin Milton if talking about human form).

Really? All they did was unsuccessfully steal a helmet and unsuccessfully try to hand over Karai to Shredder. Before that Zeck was just a thief and Steranko sold weapons of questionable legality, afterwards the worst thing they've done is create Muckman and the Mega-Shredder (by accident).

The thing is with Snakeweed and Spiderbytez and some other human mutants, if they change back to human would they be worse off because they might have lost there homes, possessions, jobs ect, so they might be better off as mutants.

Remember Baxter Stockman he was changed back but it turns out he wanted to stay as his fly, so changing back to human was his punishment.

Bebop and Rocksteady want to change back to human but as they are villains there punishment is stay as mutants.

Not the UK, the last we had was Season 4 Vols. 1/2. Did a bit of digging and it looks like it's the Australian release. Just contains the first 4 episodes of season 5.

On the plus side I did find that Australia have a complete season 4 set so if the UK releases don't start again I can import their set and (hopefully) a complete season 5 as well.

If Australia and UK have the same DVD region code then you can. In Spain the last volume of season 4 comes in 2 weeks and normally the whole season set is always released in the same day that the last volume of the season too, so I do hope to get it this month .

Not the same code but my old multi region player is still hanging in there

I need to check my old Australian Ninja Tribunal discs in my Blu Ray player. Different DVD regions but both Aus and UK are Blu Ray Region B so I'm crossing my fingers the Blu Ray player might play Aus DVDs because it up-scales the picture quality and I have a feeling that my multi region DVD player doesn't have long left

But why punish the less evil ones so harshly? What did any of them do to deserve being stuck as monsters?

Who do you consider less evil?, certainly not Bebop and Rocksteady, Fishface, Rahzar (if he was Alive) and Tiger Claw (but if Tiger Claw redeems himself and he doesn't wan't to stay as a mutant, then maybe he can change back).

I just can't really imagine a thief like Zeck having ever done something so horrible he deserves to live out his life as a monster, he broke into places and stole stuff from rich people for other rich people, it doesn't seem like ever did anything worse or at least not intentionally. I can't even really imagine any of the characters being so evil they deserve such a punishment now that I think about it.

If Bebop and Rocksteady want to turn back human then why don't they ask Baxter Stockman, He knows how to do Retro Mutagen, he said it himself in Owari.

When Baxter was a fly, we all thought he wanted to be human again but it was a surprise that when he did return to human, it turns out he wanted to remain as a fly. So maybe many human mutants feel the same way now and have learned to live with there mutations.

Regardless, I'm pretty sure Baxter's claims that was content with his mutation was a joke. His arguments for why he liked it were pretty much railing against the facts, the people around him didn't seem to like him better, he actually seemed somewhat weaker in his fly form and his reasoning skills seemed dimished. In short, he just seemed delusional.

I think Bebop and Rocksteady (especially the latter) are content and satisfied with their mutant forms.

I consider them less evil than IDW Bebop and Rocksteady but more evil than 80s Bebop and Rocksteady.

If Bebop and Rocksteady hadn't tried stealing Shedder's helmet and kidnapping Karai and use her to get Shredder to get them out of the city, then they wouldn't have become mutants in the first place. It's there fault there mutants and they are getting punished for it.


Thing is if the Human mutants want to stay mutants then it's there choice, if they want to turn back to human then either go to Donnie or Baxter Stockman and beg for the retro mutagen and I haven't seen a line of human mutants outside Donnie's lab yet..
