Human Karai will probably end up like Shredder's lair playset.

Seriously, the bad guys need some lair love. Mattel showed how it can be done with that Snake Mountain... I'd never own one, but come 9n Playmates.

Villains need more vehicles too...

Not sure if it has been mentioned yet. Napoleon Bonafrog is available now on Amazon. He also ships internationally.

I know we have enough turtle variants, but I kinda would have liked to see the dino figures in the basic line instead of the half shell heroes line...just my opinion.

I watched Pixel Dan's Playmates Coverage it they didn;t even Mention human Karai until someone asked during the Q&A and finally gave in and said yes. So I just hate how all new stuff is Mutations and Half Shell Hero's crap.

I'm agree. It seems they expect only little kids to be interested in tmnt anymore.

I think they've figured out that the main people buying their stuff at this point are parents of kids too young to see how flawed it all is.

Not sure if anyone's seen these yet... Target has some of the new figs on their site, just not in stock. I think it was either this or the sightings thread that had Karai and Rockwell. There's a few more:

Muckman

Dark Beaver

Napoleon

Atilla (sic)

I'm actually probably going to pick it up, as I don't own half the figures in it. Little surprised to see Playmates rereleasing ANYTHING Next Mutation, but it's kinda neat.
I saw Pixel Dan's interview with Pat Linden from Playmates, who explained that 2007 Leo is missing from this pack because the tooling for that figure was accidentally/inadvertently destroyed. Do you buy that, and is that going to deter anyone from getting the pack?

Kinda odd they didn't do the same thing they did with the 1988 Foot Soldier, since they didn't have the original molds anymore to that figure either, so they had to make new ones. But, it was probably too much hassle for them to do that, and the figure is a lot bigger then the other 8.

I don't buy it. It's obvious that they said screw it because of how much bigger he is, & I can't blame them for that at all. But it's clearly an excuse. That's not gonna deter anyone though, the price tag, however, will.

I think you guys are right. I guess it's no big loss, but it kinda defeats the purpose of the whole thing. I also don't really like how they put the Mirage one first even though I understand why. It doesn't really work if they're trying to show the evolution of Leonardo action-figures.

I can't buy that they have lost the molds to Leo.
His (and that line) scale/size differs considerably from the others . In a line up, it would look out of place, whereas all the rest do work together.
Being a non regular set I'd have to pay more anyway, so I'm in for a set.

Edit : side by side comparison

A bit on the larger side.

They also left out Toon and Supermutant forms.

Not sure if this has been posted but the Napoleon figure comes with a new insert that includes Dregg, Fugitoid, The Shredder Mutants, Dimension X TMNT, amongst others most have already seen.
I'm shocked the Beavers, Muckman, and Attila are not included.

I really hope Muckman doesn't end up cancelled, I want him more than I've wanted any Nick figure.
