Well some of us see the problems.

No one just blindly follows something, if something's wrong it's going to be criticized, but we do it because we care and want the show to get better...otherwise we wouldn't be here.

RR, maybe they didn't want KSP kidnapping April so quickly because they figured since he's impersonating one of her friends, it would be weird for the two of them to go missing so quickly without a trace. They figured it would be better to kidnap Irma (if there really IS an Irma which I still believe there is), have KSP impersonate her, and bide their time until the invasion with the infiltration of the Turtles' Lair. I get what you mean by the inconsistency of April being important, but they probably figured since they perfected the mutagen on their own, they probably didn't need her anymore and would probably wipe her out later anyway. That's the way I look at it.

I figured they wanted the turtles because they're working with Shredder..

No, it really isn't. People can be in comas for months and even years. My sis was in one that started in February and ended on Easter Sunday which fell in March. She would have died too if they didn't give her steroids, which worked, but there was a chance it wasn't going to work. Luckily it did. So Leo being out for that long doesn't surprise me at all in the slightest or make me think it's too much.

As for April, I don't think it's just Irma that's making her tense in the premiere. Her dad's mutated again, they had to flee New York, Splinter's missing, and at the start of the episode, there's the possibility that Leo may not wake up. Wouldn't you be tense too if you were going through all of that? I know I would be.

That would suck. I'm sure it's great to finally wake up, but to find yourself almost 20 years older and technology, society, etc as probably changed so much... o.O

Three months is understandable if the poor kid was hurt so badly and took that long to come around.
