My most sincere and heartfelt best wishes go out to Bill Eadie, aka Demolition Ax, during his recent health struggles.

Demolition is my all-time favorite tag team, but beyond that, I have been blessed enough to have met Bill multiple times in my life and despite his outwardly-gruff demeanor he has remained one of the kindest and most genuine individuals I have ever been fortunate enough to be around.

Point of fact, it was being invited to sit and have dinner with Bill and Barry after a show one night, when I was just a fan, that cemented my desire to get into the wrestling business. Being asked to sit at their table and break bread with them was incredible; the fact that I was treated like an old friend and not just a mark, even more so. We shared stories and laughs - Bill had never heard the King of the Road Match story until I brought it up! - and I can say with full certainty that I will treasure that night and those memories forever.

Get well, sir. Your story has more chapters to be written yet.

The videos from this past Saturday's show are up. My feud with Justin from last month continues throughout this show, and by all accounts should be continuing on for a few more shows to come.

For the sake of catching up, here's our match from last month that started everything:


Here's the Battle Royal I entered this past Saturday for the vacant SuperKrazee Pro Wrestling LIVE Championship, which Justin was not scheduled to be involved in but nonetheless decided to make his presence felt...


Then, from the same show, I'm looking for revenge a few matches later in a 1-on-1 match:


The idea here is that we're doing a very old-school, slow-burn feud where things progress a little bit further with each match; we start off doing very little and then gradually add more to the formula each time out, until we eventually hit the blow-off point. In this match, specifically, we set out to do a "1-Bump Match" that still told a cohesive story. Part of that was because this was the kind of show where most of the other matches were full of big bumps, with tons of acrobatics and 30-step choreography - all well-done, mind you, but how do you stand out as unique on a show like that? By doing the complete and total opposite, naturally.

For our part, we each have a DDT variation as a Finisher and so the storyline is that we're each going for it without success throughout, and later on down the road when one of us DOES finally hit it a few matches down the line from now, it will be more impactful as it's been built up to and teased. Again, most matches nowadays are full of Finisher Spamming; how do you stand out? Do the exact opposite.

So far this has been a fun program. We've only done three segments but it's already playing out like something that one would see on the old 80s studio wrestling shows, which is entirely the point. So far so good. Right now we're scheduled for July 24th but not sure exactly what the plan is for that, yet.
