Wow, I just realized I wrote, pencilled, inked, lettered, shaded, and published my own four issue miniseries comic, and illustrated three children's books for different authors in the time it's taking to wrap this thing up. Crazy!! But, people have stuff goin' on....!

Who has all of the emails????
I know I have submitted in about 4 pages. Some were assigned to others and I went ahead and did them before they were done or submitted. (not a big deal)

I am up for putting this together, so resend all emails to me
saltzmandesigns@gmail.com

Any assigned pages that are not done will be assigned to artist I personally know or others on the drome.

I am hosting a certain kind of art show this summer and with permission from the artist involved I may have this there. Either as a look book or free giveaway.

I have no time for pencils right now, but any inking or coloring let me know.

Who ever wondered? Everyone knows that if it is not "Powder" centered, Powder is not up to it... Glad you are not on board. Some people, even very talented, have noting to offer to the community because of their attitudes.

Keep doing your stuff, your art is of great quality, you improved your skills since the first time I saw your doodles, and I'm not regretful of the encouragement I gave you back then...

Remember, with great powder, comes great responsibility...

No problem by me, but let Master Splinter keep in the helm, because he is doing a great job, the major problem is about people that have not done their part on this for a number of reasons legit or not...

For the artists you know, please invite them, all help is welcome, I would only like to keep this inside the 'Drome circle of artists if possible. Why not inviting them to be members also?

I'm cooking up what I think will be a very creative idea for page 23.

Maybe there is a language barrier here, but my lack of involvement, and speaking on that, has nothing to do with ego. People did not understand why I didn't want to do a second issue at the end of the first, and this is it right here. Y'all started this project 3 years ago but people don't keep their word. You can't rely on them, even for fun things. Who wants that frustration? Even the OP hasn't posted in an eternity. Clearly he's given up on it too.

There's no need for you to bring up your personal (negative) feelings for me in such a fashion- It makes you look like a giant hypocrite, even if you do follow up insults with compliments. I love how people like to cause problems even a year after conflicts have ceased.

& lest there be any confusion, my not finishing that cover ("Not a chance, at least not for this project.") means I don't have the time, not the desire.

Reminds me of the motion comic...that thing took forever with people falling in and out. It's also exactly why we only did the 1st issue.

Too many people involved makes the odds go against the project.

All things considered, this is still just a fun fan project, not something worth getting angry or upset over. I had fun working on my pieces so even if nothing ever comes out of it, the project was worth it to me.

I still have all of the emails and pages turned in. A previous post of mine has the pages still missing. I have four pages from you 11, 15, 21, 29 (one was a jam with CA).

I am still interested in putting this together but without the final pages I can't.

Still missing...

page7: Mikeyangelo
page20: buffy
page23: leotmnt
page24: Shuriken (this page is marked as done on the front page but I still do not have the file)

Just four pages away from being able to put this thing together. Any takers?

I've got page #23 almost complete. However, my page will be somewhat unique in methodology, and I haven't yet been able to find exactly what I need for the top 3 panels.

For visual reference, I've been to think of an 8 or 16 bit video game that features a news reporter (not April O'Neil). Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've already asked some folks that I thought might know, but so far I've turned up no leads.

I've finally got you covered bro.

The Superscope game "Blastris" features a 16 bit news lady.

Skip to 7:59 to see her, though it's filmed from a TV. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YzwiXQp0O4Y

Perhaps you can find the rom for this or a lets play to screen cap it from.

Thanks, Powder! I hadn't heard of that game before, and I'm surprised it's been so hard to hunt down old games featuring news reporter sprites.

In my frustration, I decided to resort to some of the vintage EA Sports games, and I found some promising options there.

I may still be pitching my drafts to you for your advice about sprite positioning.

What's this?

An actual finished page for a Drome forum fan project perhaps?

Any updates on the last few pages?

In my artistic vanity, I was let down that folks didn't sing my praises for creativity on my last installment. Honestly, I'd have probably still been happy with ANY feedback at all.
