I didn't even know what else to write. The movie was supposed to be the finale but it made the show keep on going.

I'm an idiot and I'm proud.

Season 1-3 and the movie were fine. Pretty great in my opinion.

After original creator left the show, everything including after that, which is season 4 and onward is just awful..

Yeah, the SpongeBob movie was fine, but it's just that it's often associated as being the tipping point since the show's quality started to drop because the creator left after doing the movie. Though he's going to return for the sequel.

Into Dimension X had an increase in ratings from last week. Still really low.

If about 1 million of those viewers were between 2-11 years old, it's still doing great. Only about 366,000 were 18-49 and that leaves about 1.3 million of which probably about 300,000 are 12-17. 12-14 is still somewhat valued as well.

Thankfully the toys sell tremendously.

I almost wonder if they stream the episodes early on their website as a method to get the older viewers to watch there instead of watching it on Friday nights as some kind of bonehead attempt to change the ratio of viewers so a much larger portion of the total audience isn't outside of their target demographic but kids are net savy, the older ones are probably watching online as well.

Don't they have some counters on their online video to see how many people watch it? I'll assume they do. That could be a better more accurate way to get the ratings for the show. Nielson ratings is vastly outdated.

It is. I personally don't know any Nielsen member, never have either. I find it odd, that a select group of people have the power to dictate what I watch. I wish they would make it mandatory that all TV households that have a cable box or satellite, have a device that lets several marketing agents know which shows are being watched. I think it's not such a great idea to have only one company monopolyzing the industry. How do we know that the bigger networks aren't paying them on the side to lie about the ratings?

Another great way to see how well a show is doing, through the sales on Itunes and Amazon. Netflix alone was the reason why Fox brought back 24 for half a season due to the show doing so well on there. Now Heroes looks to be another show coming back thanks to Netflix.

Vince Gilligan has credited Netflix for Breaking Bad's survival (thank you!) and the spike in its popularity towards the end. Apparently, Netflix is helping out a lot of good shows. I totally agree that the Nielson ratings method is lame. And we had a box for awhile.

Hopefully they can save The Clone Wars. I'd give an arm and a leg to have that show finished.

On that note, there is some 'big' announcement regarding The Clone Wars coming soon. Lots of rumors out there that it's additional episodes. Probably only another story arc (no more than 4 eps) but I'll take as many eps as we can get.

Saw the Bounty Hunter arc rumor too. I hope that's what the announcement is. I'm all for more Cad Bane.

I blame it on Nick. They really didn't advertise it.
