What exactly is this exclusive Leo with Sewer Thrower?

Target in Australia has advertised a store exclusive Leonardo to be included in a special promotion with their Sewer Thrower, did you guys in the States have this same promotion? If so what Leo was it? Just they don't picture it.

EDIT: The leo is actually pictured but I can't tell if it's a regular one or what, after all they use the word exclusive.

Maybe it's similar to the JCPenney exclusive and the figure will come packaged inside. If that's the case, I want one! Looks like the 1st Series Leo to me. This is the first I've heard of this promotion, I don't think this is available in the US.

Iv'e just been looking at it again and seems as if it has the leg articulation of the FG turtles but the head of the regular one. I could be wrong but can the regular Leo be posed like that?

Maybe it's just a pic of the Leo fig and the Sewer Thrower. Look at the ad more closely. Does it say: Action Figure Not Included? Ads do that sometimes.

I'm checking this out tomorrow, someone on the Australian forums said they had a quick glance at the box but didn't notice any special offer. Either you get it at the checkout or it's inside the box. I'm going into Target tomorrow to check this out and to interrorgate the staff if i don't get any answers.
