Movie 3 Donatello costume for $4,000 on Ebay

I was looking at ebay for TMNT stuff when I stumbled across a proper Don costume from the third movie, complete with control panel for the anamatronics.
Splinter is there also, but he's only going for $400 at the moment, I know these were pretty lame costumes when compared to the quality of the first movie, but Don looks kinda cool.
ALSO!! the first printing of Mirage TMNT Vol 1 issue 1 is going for $3,000 at the moment, nine people have bid so far and the reserve has been reached.
I'm gonna keep an eye on this one to see what it goes for, I'd love to get my hands on it.
Don't forget to select highest price first, other wise you'll have to search through loads of pages.

Dude, the Don costume has been on sale so many times it's kind of old news! One of these days I'm gonna have to talk my friend Ivey from TMNT-L into buying that thing.

I think it is cursed. No one seems to hold on to it for a long period of time. Someone should do a study...

I think it's a case of someone having more money than common sense. I mean, even as much as I loved (and STILL love!) all three TMNT movies, there is no way IN SHELL that I'd pay that much for something like that! My family would literally have me commited if I even THOUGHT about it! I mean, you can buy a good used CAR for that amount of money!!!

$4000, who would possibly pay that much? That's how much I payed for my car. And yes I've seen it several times on ebay myself.

Probably because the people who buy it realize they can't do anything with a 4,000 dollar rubber turtle suit.

Maybe you could go deep-sea diving in it. As Leo said:
