Leo Statuette from Hallmark

Pretty damn sweet

According to the official site, it should be released later this year.

You can be sure I'll be buying this

EDIT: This item will be available in October 2005

I can't wait to get my hands on it. I love the way the figure is standing and the expression, kind of a "I'm in charge"

Zachatello posted info about this here and he said it was a Christmas ornament. Is it a statuette or an ornament?

It has to be an ornament. You can see the spot for the hook at the top of his head/bandana. Plus, hallmark is known for their Christmas ornaments and considering they release Christmas ornaments 3 times a year, most of them in July, then several in October, and a few in November, the October release date fits perfectly.

Well, I looked at the picture and thought the little knob at his head was the knot on his bandana, seeing as how his head is craned down slightly.

And I don't know Hallmark for anything but their sentimental cards and the television station.

But I digress.

SAY WHAT?! $12.95?!!!! Oh well... I'm still going to get it. Hopefully, it'll sell well so they will actually make the other 3.

It's definitely awesome looking. He has that "Did you just say no to me?" kind of pose, like someone just said they didn't want to train or something. I really hope they do a Donatello too. Maybe in that pose where he has the Bo across his shoulders, casual-like.

I'm definitely picking this up. Being unable to afford the Leo cold cast statue, this should be a nice substitute (even if it's a Xmas ornament).

I doubt they'll make the other 3...with Leo being the "leader" and all that's probably all they're going for...but who knows? hopefully, I'm wrong...

As much as I like the action figures, I kinda wish they looked more like this.
