TMNT Microman (like GI Joe)

Would it be awesome if we got TMNT Microman figures? They've been doing it for Battle of the Planets, Batman, were going to do it for Spider-man until legal issues (which I'm guessing is because toybiz is doing their own 4" marvel legends style figures now), and now they're doing it for Predator and Aliens.

Basically Microman figures are like super articulated figures like Marvel Legends but scaled down to 4" and they're still really detailed but smaller. I love them because you can pretty much buy tons of them/incorporate them into big playsets and vehicles without taking too much space or $$ (except Microman is expensive due to having to be imported, soon Takara is going to bring it to the USA though).

This would fulfill the need for people who want articulated tmnt figures as well as detailed, and it would make them able to fit in with toys like GI Joe and other 4" figures.

I actually did a custom Leonardo using a GI Joe figure, but it turned out crappy, maybe I'll post pics.

Lemme know what you guys think!

I would love Microman figures of most every line I buy, just as I would like Minimates of every line I buy.

I doubt we'll get any but maybe one day. We've seen Batman and Street Fighter. If we were to get some I don't imagine we'd get more than the essential six (4 turtles, Splinter, and Shredder).

I think we are only getting the BioMachine Micromen over here unfortunately. I was really hoping for the Acroyears.

Yeah but that's all I really need is the 4 turtles shredder and maybe a foot soldier (splinter doesn't really do much and the foot soldier body would be easier to recreate with a microman body). I agree that the biomachine was pretty disappointing as their military figures look the best so far, but it's still better than nothing and who knows maybe if this does alright they'll release more figures.

I would love to see TMNT mini mates even though I stopped collecting the marvel ones. I also would love to see microman figures of ghostbusters, that could actually work.

I say microman because they seem to carry the broadest range of properties, from godzilla to batman to battle of the planets (aka G-Force), and now Aliens and Predators. Who knows maybe TMNT isn't that far off into the future.

Personally I can't stand Minimates because of the scale. Just about every other mini figure or block figure line is in the same approximate scale of 2"-3", but the Marvel/DC Minimates are tiny. I bought some of the Lord of the Rings minimates, because they're in the scale I prefer. But I'd hate to see TMNT Minimates if they have to be tiny like the other comic Minimates are.

I'd love TMNT Microman figures though. Preferably based on the comics, but I'd take any of them really.

All minimates are in the 2 inch scale except for the first ones (like Kiss, Star Trek and LotR's Sauron). Lego, I think is the tiniest with MB minifigs being slightly bigger and Kubricks being bigger than all of them.

As far as Microman is concerned Ghostbusters would be awesome just because of all the cool ghost done on translucent plastic which Takara just loves to cast stuff in.

That'd be a great idea to sell 'em. They could be the same scale as the Toddler Turtles. I'd probably buy a few of 'em and collect 'em.

I don't think they'd be quite as small as the toddler turtles.

I've got a few Micromasters, and I'm rather impresed with them. Airmaster Hakate, Automaster Ryan, Batman and Batgirl. Pretty cool toys, I especially like the jillion different hands.
