Judith Hoag (April O'Neil)
This might not quite be post worthy, but I was watching an episode of Roseanne a couple of days ago, and Judith Hoag, who played April in the 1st movie appeared in the episode.
(hey! someone else *might* care) It was the episode where Roseanne, Jackie, and Nancy decide to open their resturant, and they just found the building.

Never saw that one... I also spotted her in an episode of Quantum Leap not too long ago. I forget which episode it was, but Jennifer Aniston was in it too.

She was also in an episode of Night Visions if I'm not mistaken. She helped a child out of a locked safe. And she looked the same as she did in TMNT, only her hair was much better.

Don't know if anyone else noticed, but she is also in a recent Toys R Us commercial where she says, "Hey Kids, I got the new Grand Turismo game!" and the dad jumps over the stairs to get the sack. Quite a funny commercial actually!

No way, that's her in that ad? I've seent that twice, and never recognised her, although I wasn't really looking at it that closely. I think I caught that ad a week or so ago. Huh.

I caught one of Judith's cameos on CSI, where she played a housewife who had a fetish for clowns. I kind of sat in silent dismay for a while.
Age has been kind to her though. She looks better now than she ever did in her April days.

At least I know she's on that Toys R Us commerical for GT4. If I see it again I'll know its her which is good I guess.

I liked Judith as April. She was pretty, but not impossibly beautiful. She looked realistic, as did Paige, who was even prettier. I didn't like Paige's hair in TMNT III, though. What possessed her to get that awful short cut? It didn't suit her at all, she looked much better in TMNT II with the long curls.

I think Judith was perfect as April. She looked and acted A LOT like the original comic version, but she also had elements of the cartoon version as well. Red hair, yellow jacket, news reporter. A perfect compromise, just like pretty much everything else in the movie.

I loved seeing Judith in that Toys R Us commercial! I also know that she was in a Disney Channel movie where she was a single mom/musician. I believe it took place during Halloween.

The movie was Halloweenville or Halloweentown... I think the latter of the two. I've seen it and its sequel. (She was also in it too.)

Judith is the commercial queen. Every few months she is in a different commercial. Sometimes 3 or 4 different ones at the same time. The last month or so I've seen her in a KFC, Toys R US, a car and one other commercial.
